his build: rumble, soul cane, superhuman, acidum rifle
get soul cane from a secret npc on sea 1 at magma village
get superhuman from a cave on sea 2 after getting 300 mastery on dark step, water kung fu and electric
get acidum rifle from dealing enough damage and killing the core at the factory breach event on sea 2
he most probably has full stats on gun and melee, he was using angel and portal on the BEGINNING (for bounty hunting not pvp) but on his main he had mink aswell as on his pvp build he was also using the elite boss's cape
also notice that his skin is very small for a short hitbox to not get hit
