Hey, i did what you told and after typing in the command i got this:
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.10586.0

Image Version: 10.0.10586.0

Error: 1009

The configuration registry database is corrupt.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
Please help!

Hi guys, just ensure on the command prompt it's typed exactly as follows without the quotation marks "Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:C:\ /LimitAccess"

Also if it doesn't work first time try and Unzip the downloaded file

Hey men your solution does work, BUT for anyone thats having issues solving it take notice that the file you download from the link at media fire is a 64bit windows version. if you have a 32bit windows version it wont work. find the same file that you get in the link but a 32bit version and works marvelous. at least for me. i found the file at a windows 10 32 bit version, inside the forlder source, inside the sxs folder. the same compressed file as the link but 32bit version. Thanks again bro.

To All Who still having troubles
Make a New folder name sxs in C drive and copy the ZIp file under that folder and Enter following command in CMD (Admin) and press Enter.
Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:D:\sxs /LimitAccess
