Review of Bob Dylan’s Blonde On Blonde

In 1966 Bob Dylan went to Nashville to record one of his biggest records (and one of the first double albums); Blonde on Blonde. It contains songs like I Want You, Visions of Johanna and Just Like A Woman. What does it sound like almost 60 years later? (in mono).

My favorite Dylan album by far and one of five records I would take on an island. I think there are 2 different mono and 3 different stereo mixes. My favorite is the 1st US mono which has Claudia Cardinale on the inner cover, which later taken of due to legal reasons

Thank you, I'm a great fan of this album, too. I think haven't listened to the mono version, but I will try. Sometimes Dylan's voice can be a bit difficult to listen to in this album, especially if I hear the music in the background. My favorite Dylan album is "Another side of Bob Dylan".

just found out there is a band called blonde on blonde by searching for mono uploads of this album on youtube
