dear booking managment..at 31 july-1Aug The management call me a early that morning they said they have too cancel my apartment at de sky suites klcc kuala lumpur..because have electric problem so I want to refund my payment because I already paid the payment..i and my wife goes to guard gate to meet the managment our booking...and then another 4 room cencel also same reason..we think have been scam by the manage apartment..until this day my money not refund😢

So Booking com punished me because I let one comment about the fall of a system I used to rate with 9.
Today I find out
that they removed the following stays
Holland Hall Exeter University like July 9
Hotel du Vin Exeter July 10
They removed the booking at Hampton by Hilton with genius discount level 3 so right now I see they charged what was charged.
Now I am genius level 1 after spending a FORTUNE in bookings after a long silence
They removed my Menorca bookings.
Son Park
Villa 3
etc.

It is a new level of persecution. I have the emails of course but if they don;t restore the genius 3 level and all my bookings paid with my Euros it will all end on Youtube with audio videos all dates all amounts screen captures and all.

What they did is beyond mean, vindictive, and dishonest. Instead they left 2 cancelled booking dating years back.
No surprise the west is falling this fast.

dont install this apps..i have been scam at kuala lumpur by its Vendor..Sky suites ..i complain about my issue..until now my problem not seattle😓🙏
