How to get a Sparkling Clean Floor in 5 Easy Steps

Here’s our 5-step guide to getting your floor looking more sparkling than ever.

Are you struggling to get your flooring looking squeaky clean? Are you having to clean your floor more often than you would like? Or are you just unsure how to actually clean your hard surface floor?

You will need the following:

Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner

Bucket or Floor Cleaning Machine

Mop or cloth

Step 1

Begin by making sure your floors are clear of any clutter. Move any items off the floor, such as; shoes, bags, rugs, etc. This will allow you to access every area of your floor allowing for an efficient clean.

Step 2

You will need to prepare your floor cleaner to get as much use as possible by diluting it. Dilute the product into one of the following:

- Bucket

Dilution ratios:

Depending on how dirty your floor is, you can dilute the product with warm/hot water at dilutions of 1:10 to 1:100 (Floor Cleaner:Warm/Hot Water), giving you unbeatable value for money. For best results, we would suggest a ratio of 1:10, however, the higher the ratio – the longer the product will last.

Step 3

You’re ready to begin cleaning! Start applying the formula to the floors using your appliance of choice. If you are using a mop or cloth, scrub thoroughly for best results. Leave for 5 minutes, then repeat.

Step 4

Rinse the floor thoroughly using a damp cloth, sponge or anything similar that is suitable.

Step 5

Sit back and relax for around 30 minutes during the drying period. Pop open a window to help speed up the drying process. If it’s too cold outside, pop the heating on for a while. Your floors will now be squeaky clean thanks to our Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner.

Tip: If you have used a mop or cloth, to extend the product life, make sure you rinse the formula off thoroughly using clean water.
