TLDR: vibranium is weaker than adamantium immensely, which is slightly weaker than proto adamantium. And no, caps shield can’t cut through wolverines claws, it’s been explored many times. Adamantine (which is stronger than proto adamantium) can’t even do that.

"Dammit! I failed fictional chemistry!"

adamantium is actually stronger than vibranium but vibranium has more technological uses

Fun fact: the guy who actually made Cap's shield in the comics literally fell asleep at the switch while doing so. When he woke up the Mighty Shield was fully formed -- and he had no idea how!

Wtf is this!? Adamantium has always ranked above Vibranium in strength in the comics. This is fake news of fake news lol

And thats why in xmen 97 rouge kept Captains shield away from him, cause while he is way weaker than her, that shield would make all the difference.

Spiderman can Throw Cap's Shield since he has enough force to Break Wolverine's Claws & Slice through tanks if its were made of Andamatium.

Just now it explains that Captain America once slice through an entire tank with his shield using his all force to throw it and a second later said Captain is not strong enough to produce that force to cut Wolverine Adamantium Clam. I'm a bit confuse 🤔

Earths Adamantium in the comics is literally a steel alloy replicating the gods metal Adamantine* which is immensely different. Adamantium is virtually indestructible in itself and has very few weaknesses, Adamantine is the pure compound the gods used. Adamantium can withstand only a couple blows from Mjolnir and it definitely leaves a mark, whilst Adamantine can completely withstand the power of mjolnir granting a VASTLY higher durability from its weaker counterpart. Its also gold in color!

And yet in alot of comics Adamantium is usually an asteroid ore just like Uru(used in Mjolnir)and was able to cut through Captain America's shield no🧢

At least this guy mentioned the fact that even if a material is stronger than the other, this doesn't mean that you can break one material with another just by lightly clashing them against each other.

An axe may be able to cut down trees, but only after continuous uses as long as you aren't superhuman.
