Waterfalls are an excellent subject to photograph during the day as they don't generally need the sunrise or sunset light to look awesome, in fact they usually benefit from the flat light cloudy skies provide! In this video I explore the waterfalls of Padley Gorge in the Peak District to run through the basics of waterfall photography, going through your composition, shutter speeds and using foregrounds to improve the shot.
