There is a really special crop of young players coming through around the world. It's important to chart the rise, and enjoy the talent. Henry Pollock, in his first start since a 2 try debut for England, gave another reminder of his talents in the Premiership.

His highlights are sensational but it’s his work rate which really impresses.

That try reminded me of Henry Arundell’s against Toulon in 2022: a young player with outrageous talent making their own case unarguable. And let’s hope we can nurture Pollock’s talent in the same we have done with Arundell, who’s done so well playing for Eng…oh.

Please, please, please England: don’t fuck this up. Please. Please.

Please.

If England are playing Earl partly at 12, then surely there's an almost overwhelming case for playing Pollock there, he's better suited to it - insane attacking flair and more nimble, better passer / footballer than Earl. It means England can throw yet another backrower onto the pitch, which is their obvious strength. After what we've seen so far from him, does anyone doubt that Pollock would be pretty great at it??!

Wow! He looks amazing, and although totally different positions, that try reminded me of a BOD try. 👏👏Lucky England.

Love the variety you cover with such passion Tim...he looks like a new Evan
I hope he has an injury free development period instead. I will watch his progress with interest. Thanks for a fun packed channel.

Every good Lions tour has a breakthrough star. I know the backrow is stacked, but i wonder if Farrell might just take Pollock, if only to scout him as an opponent!

I’m getting the same expectation/ excitement with this lad as when Brian O’Driscoll landed in the early 2000’s

Ollie Chessum’s brother is an absolute beast, future England captain, opponents in the U20’s WC, which he captained to win absolutely hated him.

He is truly amazing. His pace and work rate is phenomenal . When he came on for England and had the first scrum he said something that had the Curry brothers giggling, love to know what that was! Bolter for the lions?

To be honest, I personally hate labels like these they sometimes put to much pressure on the individuals having a great start and then they have a OK season and fall out of touch and out of favor. Put them through the system and mature them in the squad. Just one example I can think of Evan Roos was hot as hell 2 years back this past year it's Hanekom, Evan can still be a Springbok legend one day. Just saying Colbe, Mapimpi did not have those labels and had late international introductions and are now etched as absolute legends. Love the channel hope to see you soon back in SA

From a Welsh perspective, Tom Bowen of Cardiff and the Under 20's is electric and is someone who gets you on the edge of your seat. He could be Wales's answer to Bielle-Biarrey.

Would love to see you do a more in depth video on these rising stars, what to expect from them at the next World Cup, who's got the highest ceiling, etc

I've been saying for a good year keep an eye on him. No Saints fan had any idea of what he was doing in U20 and U18 Rugby when he made his debut
