Ok…a few points.
1. For the espionage act, the material doesn’t have to be classified. Just national security information. So, classified or not is a red herring.
2. Further, for the indictment in FL currently being played out, the nature of the Bedminster document is moot. Trump’s intention is what matters. Here him admitting on tape that he knew he had national security information is crucial. That he knew they were classified, that he didn’t declassify them as president, adds fat to the fire.
3. Trump doesn’t have a rump to sit on, much less a leg to stand on, with respect to facts or the law. So, he’s trying to flood the zone with BS to get delays and also hope for jury nullification.
