Yak's attorney was quick and right to the point. The jury can absorb that. They already forgot all the Love and Hylton nonsense.

What Woody has done is to create reasonable doubt in the mind of the listener. What the prosecution has done is to drag this case out for so long that it enhance the reasonable doubt. In addition, they chose the witness who is creating this doubt. It's a viscous circus of a trial.
