Thoughtful Person. 
The original problem was T(x, y, z)=(y+z, x+z, x-y) --> on the third column is the mistake, thus leading to a different answer. 
However, when solving the problem you solved for a matrix representation for T(x, y, z)=(y+z, x+z, x-z)
That answer is right for T(x, y, z)=(y+z, x+z, x-z)

Nevertheless, for the original problem  T(x, y, z)=(y+z, x+z, x-y). the matrix representation would be Te1=[0, 1, 1], Te2=[1, 0, -1] and Te3=1, 1, 0].
Te1, Te2, Te3 are columns vectors :)

ermmm in the question it says x-y as the third column not x-z, why you answering it for x-z as the third column for :S:S:S:S
