A sincere advice to anyone reading: one of the best things one can do is to stay away from music. One of the best decisions in my life. Quran is all I need. It's like your mind and self is purified and mind less cloudy. The Quran is the most beautiful thing to listen to/recite.

If you're addicted or still listening to music, try to leave it for a couple of weeks and listen/read Quran. Try it yourself and you will not want to listen to music ever again InShaaAllah.
