In this video I'm going to show you how to Fix: Error Code: 0x800704b3 “The network path was either typed incorrectly, does not exist, or the network provider is not currently available. Please try retyping the path or contact your network administrator."

Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to identify network problems, click Diagnose.

It’s a common error usually appearing when WebClient service is not running:

Right click Computer and click on Manage. The Computer Management window should appear.
In the console tree box at the left, click on Services and Applications, then click on Services. A list of services should appear.
Scroll down until you find WebClient.
Right click it and click on Properties.
Under the General tab click on Start. If you want to have the service start automatically as part of the Windows boot process, then set the Startup type to Automatic

I had the same problem what worked for me was checking if my drives said NTFS under them in the this pc tab inside of file explorer what i did from there was boot into safe mode with networking by signing out holding shift and restarting then i right clicked the drive saying that for it was my c drive and clicking properties security edit add advance find now found my username then added them with full control
