My PNG folders are empty after the Export. My SVG files do not show up but show in my orders. So Exporting are not useable files since I use a different machine.

I’m not as much worried about getting my library but because it’s not synching, it’s saying I have too many devices and even though I have designer + or will only let me save as Sil files! I need to be able to save as svg 😠

I followed the instructions and exported my library to my D drive. Unfortunately, when I try to open this export, it doesn't show any files or structure like I have in my library, so I can't drag and drop a file to my Silhouette Studio program. My PC asks what program I want to use to open the exported backup???? What am I missing?

So am I correct? I followed these steps. It exported my file folder tree, but the only folder that actually has any files in it, is the User Created file. IF I want the other 4, 000, I need to download them one at a time from the Design Store?

Help please. Who do i contact about syncing to my silhouette account? i uninstalled it from an old laptop and downloaded to my new laptop and it will not let me sync. Says i am logged in on another machine but i am not. Help?

Definitely do not buy these devices. There is a library and synchronization problem. You will be disgraced with your money.

Sounds like they're starting to get like cricut. I just got the new cameo 5 as a birthday
gift and this does excite me at all. I'm a silhouette user, the very first version silhouette came out with many years ago . I have lots of files but haven't been playing with my machine for some time. I hope this will not be an issue for me. Thanks for sharing.

Hello, when I exported, and it looked just like your, I have the folders titles but they are empty when I click on them. I did click the finish button. However, nothing in the folders? I am on a Mac

I was able to go back to May 7th and recover my Library however I have gotten 62 designs through Silhouette Studio that is not syncing. I have downloaded them but I do want them in my Library because all my Designs are organized by folders. How do I get them from download file in the Library? I have to do one by one? Uggg
