If dinos hadn't evolved yet, it's basically impossible for there to be a critter with an almost perfect human skeleton. Also, the fossil has a 3D quality to it, which is not possible on a 2D surface like that of the rock, where we would essentially be looking at a cross-section. A very nice drawing, and decent photoshop, but otherwise implausible.

Another thing to keep in mind is that is way to complete of a skeleton to be as old as they claim it to be.

The penny showed for comparison has edges that are flat--indicating it was clipped and pasted in from another source (it was not there at all). I've seen similar finds of small frogs encased in similar material and in fact showing a similar "aspect" in body position (as if the frog had been trapped and crushed in a mud slide) -- it looks to me like a similar picture was the original source of this probable fake.
