3:06 Kommissar is a Russian hybrid cruiser. Got heavily nerfed recently, it's still in testing but at first it looked insanely OP.

One of the biggest surprises I have had with this ship. It's my 31st Tier X and what a breath of fresh air this amazing ship is. The burst fire is insane, insane. It's also mobile enough, tanky enough while having monster caliber guns (for cruiser standards). Torps are also great because you can tank your way into the side of a BB. Just a great ship, one of the best in my port.

i felt like the lockon bugs happen a lot on these ship, mostly when using the Funny Button, i've seen salvos falling like real short, kilometers short and the next one goes on target, and as seen in the video the "not-on-target" version is the most common
still, a lot of fun with this line, surely a great surprise

I feel like alot of people use the burst fire all the time while kiting away. Is incredibly frustrating to fight against

I love my castilla. I play it as an early game flank/kite, mid to late game push/brawler. Once, i funny buttoned a full broadside Montana at 12km, got a couple of citadels and did 40k damage to him. Another time, i brawled a bourgone at 4-5km and won that engagement even though i shouldve lost. Very fun ship and about perfectly balanced in my opinion

its a great ship & it went from "eh ok you can try it but i'll swap you out next game" in clan battles to "yes bring castilla, you do great flanking in it".

It did such a great job with its speed, I use outnumbered on a flank to gain 42 knots & deadly accuracy on the guns.

I do wish it kept half or a minor increase to the AP pen it used to have to be considered a great addition to teams over all the lame russian cruisers nonstop.

These Spanish cruisers have me leaving the burst fire on full time because its so satisfying when you absolutely dunk on somebody with them.
I am fully prepared to admit that that is not the correct way to play, but I am a weak, weak man.

I'm only up to the t8 but have been enjoying the line so far. Certainly not tanky but the guns seems decent and the ships have the ability to adapt to any situation. I'd like to see you play the DeGrasse since we just got a different t6 French Cruiser as a reward from the battlepass.

At high tier this line is pretty well balanced. However, the T8 and T7 are just laughing at most of their tec tree counterparts. And thats mostly down to having spotter plane, Hydro and especially heals on top of the burst fire while not really having to pay for that great package with big downsides.
Take a Hipper or a Myoko for example. They got no gimmicks and no heals but have severe downsides. They re just really sad in comparison.
I really hope tec mid tier cruisers will finally get some heals. Its long overdue.

Just last night had a Castilla go flat broadside to me when I was in a st Vincent, led him perfectly and the shells were at the right height and he took like 1 pen and 2 over pens lol. Then when he was fully angled, got 8 full pens and no cits, was a very sad game

Can say Castilla but not Venezia XD. Great video though and a slept on line, love the addition of a heal early on as well! Why can't all cruiser lines be updated with limited heals for low tier.

My best slap was deleting a full HP Napoli with a double salvo hitting it with 7 Citadels from 20km away just after it went into smoke.

The AP on the castilla has VERY good pen, not petro level but getting up there.

With how hard Outnumbered can be to proc, I think you'd get a better benefit dropping it and getting Survivability Expert and Grease the Gears.

3:05 what if, only IF we got rid of dispersion penalty for shooting without lockon and treat every salvo as lockon accuracy. lockon feature only providing that sometimes trolly prediction. boom, lockon bug solved - feel free weegee to grab this idea, for free .. no sequntial or lootbox BS, for free
