I'm not much of a Got7 fan, but I'm supporting BamBam. Jackson's message to him is so beautiful. I really hope he gets the help he need. My heart goes out to any and all idols who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and any other mental health issues, you're all loved, valued, not for your talent but for who you are as a person. Please step away from limelight if it becomes too much to bare, you're health matters. I would rather hear your story then attend your funeral. You're all perfectly imperfect and the kpop industry needs to be more open to that including the fans.

It's a huge step to openly share his feelings and I am sure his closest friends and family will help him with his struggles. And it's okay if he takes a break . We all get through the mid-career crisis, and some fans/netizens forget that being an idol is nothing but a job too, and despite our passion for our work, in the long run, we all get tired .

Bambam is soo geniune and open about his feelings and I can’t really say that about most k–idols most of them will hide behind a facade. Out of the got7 members he was the one that strikes me as the most sassiest and has the most confidence which kinda annoyed me because it was a bit immature To me the way he conveyed himself. Now that I see he’s just a person that needs to be consoled from time to time and he’s soo young I’m sure it’s scary being without his members. That teared me up when Jackson encouraged him because they really are brothers in the end.

He is suffering really bad from major depression with suicidal idelation. These are all the things you do and say when in the depths of a deep emptiness that can't be filled. He is going through a mental growth period but he is not free to experience his life on his own terms. Questioning himself as to why am I not happy when I should be? I don't want to let everyone down. People that mask their pain, can still carry on like they are satsified and happy, can be feeling the most emotional pain. He's in need of therapy and meds. I would totally understand if he wanted to do something different or explore new environments or relationships. I hope Bam Bam knows how loved he is. But his untreated depression will never let that love be felt. No matter how much is given and expressed to him. He will never feel it. I wonder if he is believing that he is letting others down by taking a break or going in a new direction. I think he should take a year or two off and do some deep reflection about who he now and what HE wants, not what everyone else wants. And time to figure out what matters the most to him at this point in his life. Who he is as a person and not an idol. I know Bam Bam 100% loves his fans. We have probably kept him going but he needs treatment. He will always have a huge fan base even if he takes off a few years or wants to walk out of the spot light. He is trying to reach out for help but Abyss is'nt taking it seriously. But they should be. Because this is serious.This world won't ever feel right without Bam Bam in it.

It's important for entertainers to have break times during their dance practice, especially when they are using their core muscles and adjacent muscle groups a lot for performing the strenuous intense dance choreography. Break times prevent muscles' fatigue and exhaustion. The entertainment companies should really put into action break times during the idols' dance practices and world tours to prevent idols' muscles' fatigue and exhaustion. Also, they need adequate sleep for their brain to recharge. When they get adequate sleep they'll be able to concentrate a lot better, evaluate situations better and overall better performance.

No matter how your days go everthing is just numb and you feel a cloud of weight on your being.
Being surrounded by the things you love is helpful to a point, but seeking out help is a good start.
