15 Games Microsoft Can Bring Back On Xbox Series X | S

If there's one thing that Microsoft is seemingly blessed with, it's a venerable supply of beloved IP in need of revivals, as seen in the response to sequels for its beloved PC franchises. However, upon acquiring Zenimax and Activision-Blizzard, it's become apparent that every big publisher has a venerable treasure trove of IPs that are just laying around. Microsoft and Xbox Game Studios have the benefit of owning a lot more of them following its various acquisitions.

Following the Activision-Blizzard deal;, Xbox boss Phil Spencer has cited his desire to work on franchises from his childhood. Inevitably that leads to the question: What other titles could be brought back for the Xbox Series X/S generation? Let's take a look at 15 of them here.

it's astonishing to think about the number of franchises Microsoft has discontinued and the games its canceled, especially considering that their main problem is a general lack of ongoing franchises outside of their main 3. they have a huge opportunity in the next few years. i would for example, 100% revisit StarCraft Ghost. that would be a huge splash move.

I'd love to see a return of Blinx the Time Sweeper, Kameo, Banjo-Kazooie, and Fuzion Frenzy.
I would also like to see more continuations for Tony Hawk Skater Pro, Killer Instinct, and maybe their own approach to Spyro.

True, hope XBOX brings back a lot of games, as much as they can. They have the money and they certainly doesn´t want to do what Sony and make their own original games, so, they should make and fund as many from all the studios they are buying.

As much as I want Microsoft to own Activision, they don’t own them yet. They’ve only announced their intention to acquire AVB, they still have to get passed the regulatory process. Which is far from done
