I can't see myself spending 17, 000 on a bike I am just fine with my giant contend 3 which is under $900 and I upgraded to a carbon fork only weighs 22 lb yes the Shimano claris group set is a little outdated but I can reach a top speed of 31.24 mph

It will get you an extra 1/2 mile in an hour ride but there are many more comfortable bikes...So would you give up comfort for a difference of 19.5 mph than 19 mph???, ..ask that after a 2 or 3 hour ride...Answer NO.

$15, 000 for a bicycle with a "Made in Taiwan" sticker on the downtube -- the 'S' in 'S-WORKS' must stand for 'Sucker'. Never in my life...
