Guys! Ever been to Franco Manca? In the last 3 years FM shops popped up in every borough. Real neapoletan style pizza and pretty cheap as well. Or, you can go in Stoke Newington to Da Michele, which is known as the best pizzeria in Naples. They opened a shop in London recently.

For those adventurous...try pepperoni, anchovy, and pineapple...the sweet and acidic perfectly balances the salty spiciness...AMAZING!

People get too fussy with pizzas. Cheese, tomato, basil. That's all you need for an pizza. In fact this should be the universal barometer for pizza comparison.

New to sorted food, but binge watching my way through as many as I can. In the short time I've been subbed I've noticed a running theme.... if you do a recipe that is the exact original copy, you get the 'Can't you be more inventive ' comments. If you create a dish that is similar to an original, but adding your own spin, you get the... 'that's not how it's done!' Comments. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Keep up the awesome work guys, it's great to see your take on things.
