Yeah this happened during a run where I was getting recording of Toodles for the next Toons and Twisted explained short. And I did get a Twisted Vee on a Blackout before earlier in a different round I never recorded but it happened when I was doing Goob mastery sooo-

Bro in floor 5 i had astro, and then in floor 15 i got pebbles and shelly, AND THEN in floor 16 vee and shelly, AND THEN IN FLOOR 17 i got pebbles in a blackout.. (i just gave up 🧍‍♀️)

This reminds me of when my team was doing a Dandy run and I didn't want to do one. Lo and behold, we do a Dandy run and he comes... along with Vee and a blackout. I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO IT, THEY DIDN'T LISTEN!
