Im a Ford guy, cummins fan. But these new 6.7 are showing some potential.

Personally I think that this 6.7l could be the start to a great new era in powerstrokes engines. Man oh man, I must say hats off to this truck pulling about 250' stock ! I still think the truck probably does need some work though.Gotta say though, it would still take a lot of convincing to replace my 7.3.

the 6.7 cummins is a dinosaur to the 6.7 ford. I went from a 5.7 hemi ram to a 6.7 Ford. Drove the 6.7 cummins, smoked 33's in 4 gears in the 6.7 Ford. I was sold. BTW the ford came in 10K less, so no brainer.

That 6.7 is going to be fierce in a few years.

@BlackHawkGIJ it only lost in 2wd due to engine cutout/ traction control. That means it has more power than the chevy and GMC if it was breaking traction with the same amount of weight

@BlackHawkGIJ that the cab mounts nothing to do with the frame there there to give the cab a smother ride by letting it move a lil... if it was frame flex u would se the bed move too

@benl8903 my buddy has a "built ford tough" ranger that was never drivin in the mud, and never beat. the frame snapped in half (literally) just driving it regularly. i use my 98 dakota sport as a work truck, a rock crawler, and a mud truck. i will red line it all day, and i burn rubber like no tomorrow. ive replaced the exhaust, and tires. thats it. now who has the "tough" truck?

@BlackHawkGIJ that's not the frame wiggling... that would be axle hop under torque.

WOW cant believe someone already swapped a new 6.7 cummins into a new ford, soo sick, thats gotta be the sickest fummins ever, you are rich to have a new cummins motor in a new ford. Where did you get the motor mount kit from???

@ilovegoatsecks thats a 6.7 power stroke.... thats why the title states "powerstroke 6.7"

wow better that 250 stock thats pretty sick depends on the weight of the sled but thats truck taht didnt beat that in the dpc cant wait till they figure them out. We got a CKUMMINS CKILLER boys!

And the Superduty fram is designed to flex like that, thats why fords always ride betther than the rest of the trucks.

the cummins motor is the only thing dodge has going for it. its sort of like putting a volkswagen motor in a ferrari. my 7.3 is still strokin with 200k miles on it

i like how dodges are the most expensive truck and yet they are the worst

@BlackHawkGIJ u can promise all u want, i seen the vid. The ford actually beat the chevy up the hill in 4wd, and only lost in 2wd due to engine power cutout which means the back tires were actually breaking traction with over 10k on the back.

@cumminsboy071 track is obviously tacky and truck is not getting any wheel spin even when it maxes out so that torque translated to the frame and through the body mounts which you see on the vid. Fords frame is very thick at about 1/4" in many spots, the last thing it'll do is Crack.
