Cholesterol is an essential part of our cell walls, and due to catabolism (cells wear out, get replaced, get repaired, etc.) we need it every day. We need it so badly that we make it on our own, and have kept the ability to do that throughout all of our evolutionary history. So it's more important than Vitamin C, because we lost the ability to make that ourselves unlike early primates, so we lost that. (Easy availability of fruit may have made that easy.)

The problem is that the plane is further back than is obvious, and there's quite an angle to its position. It is not only showing an area of hangars (off to our right as we view the image) but also high up; you can see an umbrella, so the person holding it is below.

Go read up on the perspective error in that airport photo it's already been debunked. The crowd is like 100+ metres from the plane but the photo is taken from such an angle that the perspective makes it seem like they are up against the fuselage. That's why they show as that tiny blob in the engine reflection.
