Samsung The Terrace Outdoor TV Shines Brightest at 1800 Nits Full-Screen!

We did a hands-on test of Samsung's The Terrace outdoor TV, and measured it to reach 1800 nits full-field at D65 white point, making it the brightest television full-screen we've come across thus far.

The Samsung Terrace is available in three screen sizes, namely 55-inch, 65-inch (tested) & 75-inch models, retailing at £4000, £5000 & £6500 respectively. You can also purchase a companion Terrace soundbar for £1000.

I have both the 75 inch and 65 inch inside and I have yet to see a oled or mini led that can create the hdr pop and dynamic contrast this tv has. It is a site to behold with the most lifelike reality reproduction with extreme clarity and a black that is oled dark with little visible blooming. Vastly under rated but it really is a Sony Z9g at half the price and weight but far more spectatular

I just had the new 55" Furrion Full Sun Smart TV installed. I give it 5 stars! !! The picture is clear and pretty bright, especially considering that I only paid $2699 !! I placed it on a shed wall next to my pool on swivel mount made by Furrion. (Swivel mount is a must!!). The picture in full sun is bright and clear. I have a 12 ft Treasure Island Sunbrella umbrella with a wheeled base which is easily maneuvered to shade the TV but I was pleasantly surprised to see that I didnt need it at all! . The built in WIFi extender works great, and it comes with 2 remotes. Very nice build quality! Even the installers were impressed. They said that this set competes with sets costing over 8k! Furrion really stepped up their game! The Furrio soundbar was easy to install and works well. The 4K HDR screen is crisp and clear. Of course my living room OLED Sony has a better color range but for an affordable outdoor TV, Furrion is excellent. It costs 1/4 the price of a Samsung outdoor TV but it's not 1/4 the quality!! It holds its own and is a tremendous value! There is NO need to spend double to quadruple the price. This TV is awesome!

This TV absolutely blows away anything else in terms of HDR brightness. More than doubling the peak 100% window brightness of the next best offering.
