If you can find a workout that P!nk does that would be AWESOME. She has such an athletic figure, and does so many amazing things during her concerts I'd love to see a video on that.

Great workout! (just tried it) ... It's obvious, that Demi's workout is not only toning, but actually makes you strong, that's what I love about it. You and Demi are such strong women inside and outside.

Jordan, I love you. I love seeing you do workouts but for a weird reason. Instagram and similar social medias make other fit people working out look easy, which make me feel extra bad when I'm STRUGGLING in the gym. I love seeing you out of breath, pushing yourself when you're not exactly excited for any particular set, showing every step and doing every bit of it. And you're pretty damn fit and jacked yourself. It's wonderful to see that, yes, this is work. But yes, it's a great workout and great for you. Thank you for being real.

Tried this workout last Saturday and it kicked my butt!! So good!! I only did two cycles and I was sweating buckets and out of breath by the end! I love that you don’t need a ton of equipment either! I used one set of dumbbells for everything. Definitely going to do this one again!!

Seriously, you're the only one who's actually motivated me to work out. I love your funny comments, the fact that YOU'RE out of breath also actually motivates me (everytime I watch these other youtubers do these kind of things and have no breathing problemos I'm over here like "... nah, not gonna happen, I'mma die"). I also love that comment with "that may count somewhere else, but now when you're working out with me" - I immiedately went back to do it all again just because you said me slouching through them didn't count. Thank you! You totally got a new subbie here

This workout is very similar to what Fitness Blender here on Youtube do, those are the workout I follow, can get a great mix of strength training, HIIT, full body/targetted areas, stretching, yoga and pilates. They are amazing, you should check them out!

Jordan, I don't really know how to phrase this but I really hope that you'll understand what I mean. I absolutely love seeing you as a person rather than "resident badass Jordan" that only really seemed to exist on buzz feed. I mean don't get me wrong, youre totally a bass ass but knowing that even super fit Jordan gets out of breath makes me feel so much better about being at the start of getting fit. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of your videos, particularly those that touch on mental health as I understand how personal of a subject that is. Long story short, you're fucking amazing and I hope you know it! Thank you for the motivation!

I needed a video like this. I'm a gymnast and I quit my club gym to do high school gymnastics. I still want to keep my strength so I can hopefully just go back in without problems. Since we do about an hour of strength training in club, I thought I would pop the reps up to 20 and 3-4 rounds (I rotate it every other day). I also added in a couple arm and shoulder exercises too because there's nothing to loose😂

i like when people write the workout moves in the description along with the reps because it's easier for me to just screenshot and then do later but that's just my opinion and you don't have to add that extra step. love you <3
