I was like this but to a smaller degree. I tell younger women to not be so available. Give men the same energy they are giving you when it comes to contacting and don't be clingy. Do not drop your priorities and rearrange your schedule for someone you are dating only. Don't have sex and get emotionally attached too soon because it can lower your value in the eyes of most men. Sex comes after official commitment and that means married now with my mature eyes, the same as children. I think there can be a balance to everything. What she is teaching may actually harm the other person instead of creating healthy boundaries though. It can create obsession, not love.

U advise to not have sex w men and only put in the effort they are or even less for your hearts sake and bcus they won’t be as attracted to you otherwise. Getting attached to a man who hasn’t shown real commitment is a huge issue for young women. A lot of women don’t see their value and degrade themselves for short term dope hits when all they rly want is love. Alternatively, learn to love and value yourself by expanding your interests and education. Be kind and respectful to others. Never look to others for validation. Build your self esteem by becoming the best version of yourself. Karma is REAL and using/exploiting others will catch up with you eventually. If others have hurt you in the past, take time to heal, do not seek revenge on everyone else !!!
