Gents, the state of the house in the ad vs in real life viewing are totally different. R850k was already high, but now it's not even worth R400k in my opinion. Maybe R300k. But don't go in gents. 😂

I'd putting in a offer for R150k. I'd be willing to go up to R200k-R250k with a 2 weeks expiring date on my offer. Clean up cost/demolition cost are definitely going to be expensive but it might be a worth while persuit if you have the right location or your location can accommodate what you are trying to do with this property
