This spring yoga flow helps us embrace that fresh spring energy. We'll move into side bends and a couple of yoga twists too. This class is a beginner yoga class level with modification options to spice things up or slow things down.

Hey Gillian, I have really been loving the zoom classes you have been running. Tried this in the morning and it just sets you up so nicely for the rest of the day! :) Really like the tip on tightening the abs/core when doing the back exercise like reaching for the toes. This was really relaxing. Also love the appreciation and gratitude at the end.. Third eye, heart center and the sustenance and life! Beautiful :)
