Car mechanic here" Both designs exist, but the new print is more stable and cheap (for smaller engines). Bigger engines require balancing, so in Bigger engines (2.5L and up), you choose which is better for the application for power you choose the first. For economy, you choose the last one.

I mean they can fire in the original order too, just depends on the design of the engine. I believe the second one is better for balance but it still works

You should make the handle having a crank attachment so that way you could spin it fast manually, and you could take off the attachment if you wanna put on a motor to it

Mechanic here, depends on the engine. Many weird firing orders have been made. Yamaha R1 is a great example.

It was just a cross plane firing order, the second one is a flat plane firing order
