Everyone know the real money is made in selling a course or starting a YouTube channel about selling real estate.

This is an unpopular opinion but, enjoy your childhood, you will be an adult your whole life. You can still look at things you are passionate about but don't accelerate being an adult, once school is done go all in.

My suggestion is to find a real estate group that meets monthly or quarterly. This will give you a better perspective and easier to navigate. Dave is correct that RE development has the highest risk, but what he is not telling you is that it pays the most as well. The best way to eliminate risk is to partner on a small project and learn. The tricky thing about partnership is to make sure you are partnering with a ethical person and goals are aligned. Networking, talking to people is the best way to get into the business. You have a high potential and success rate. Keep the positive attitude and don’t let bumps on the road take your focus away. All the best to you Mustafa!

I respect Mustafa's tenacity to learn as much as possible. Love Dave's point to talk to the seasoned veterans as well. Best to learn from people that have seen it all! :)

The best way to get into real estate is to buy land. Aside from that, and having no money, I would say property management is a good place to start. While studying and reading, look into property management and how to work on things inside the property. Learn to be a handyman so you don't have to hire one every time something needs to be fixed. After high school, look into apartment management and make readys. You will gain a lot of knowledge and valuable experience on how things work very quickly. DR has done this as my boss who owns the largest property mgmt. company in the world. He started mowing lawns like Dave.

Many teens would rethink trying to get rich after one week of fulltime corporate work lol

I question Mr Coleman's advice here. One, in most fields they don't want to hire and train anyone the know is going to become their competition. Two, work for free to show em how hard you can work just gets you laughed at. On the basis of why would we want to hire someone who's willing to work for free? They must be desperate.

I think most teenagers are miserable because they have ability, but society (and the law) hold them back.

I wish I did this when I was 14 but I was diagnosed with clinical depression when I didn’t even knowing what depression was.
