WoTC Caught Using AI Art Yet Again?!?

After getting caught using AI art in Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants, they banned all future use of AI art. However, WoTC was caught using AI art once again, and a Magic: The Gathering artist was caught stealing art. What is going on?

Praising Adobe for licensing their art, while in the same breath admitting they they're one of the few who can afford it, comes across as troublingly pro-corporation. What happened to the free culture spirit that opposed the OGL changes? Open source work like Stable Diffusion is the only thing keeping the most powerful artistic tool of our age where it belongs: in the hands of the people.

WoTC used to have their own in-house art team. Maybe they should go back to that?

I'm an artist, I love extensive art orders because I don't use precious drawing time in design, composition and research! (processes that I also love, but it's better to get to drawing sooner than later)
