Update: New Leaf Vegetarian restaurant is off the list. I noticed they stopped putting in effort because the food just isn’t good anymore. It’s actually insipid. They are in it only for the money and not for the love of food or a healthy lifestyle. I do NOT recommend.

I know plenty raw foodists do dehydrate. As long as the heat doesn’t go past a certain temperature it’s still okay. They say you can put things in oven at a very low temperature. Maybe 100 degrees
