Shortcut Saturday - Episode 1 - Fill With Foreground/Background Colour

This is the first Shortcut Saturday tutorial which will teach you the simple keyboard commands to fill a layer with either the user chosen foreground colour or the user chosen background colour. This is super useful when you are setting up a document and can save copious amounts of time in the long run.
