How Iran's attack on Israel unfolded

Israel has vowed revenge after Iran launched nearly 200 missiles at the nation, warning Tehran that it would strike back “at the place and time we decide”.

Alarms sounded across Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and citizens were urged to shelter as a barrage of rockets were fired.

At the same time, a reported terrorist attack took place on the border between Tel Aviv and Jaffa. Two gunmen opened fire at a light railway stop in central Israel, with six confirmed dead.

Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said: “We will defend the citizens of the State of Israel. This attack will have consequences. We have plans, and we will operate at the place and time we decide.”

The missiles aren't just hitting in the "middle of nowhere", "because it's cheaper". Iran is after military targets. Israel would not be wise to advertise everything that got hit.

Iran shot arrow 3 air defence radar. Thats why 85% hit on the targets. Iran didn't care about iron dome this time because it was different missiles. And still not the lastes versions

Funny part is, both Israel and USA knew of this at least a day before they struck.

200 missiles were fired from Iran, of which 180 missiles hit their targets, the missiles were fired from several different cities of Iran and hit their targets in less than 12 minutes.
An hour before the attack, America and Israel were informed by satellite that Iran was ready to launch a missile and their defense systems were 100% ready.
These missiles were passing over the skies of Iraq, Syria and Jordan and over the American bases in these countries
This failure calls into question not only the defense systems of Israel, but also the defense systems of the United States
