AOE4 is criminally under rated. I don't get the AOE2 players that say AOE4 sucks and that AOE2 has unique civs.

So happy that you’re back to aoe4. Aom retold was a refreshing mix up for the moment but it just doesn’t have the competitive edge that aoe4 has. Aom just isn’t balanced and was never meant to be super competitive. That’s coming from someone who used to LIVE on the original aom years back.

How do you counter siege + infantry comp?
Kill siege with archers?
The cavalry cant get in there when the siege is surrounded by infantry.

One question Mr. Drongo. Did Valdemar put down the barracks by mistake in the beginning? Still not able to understand that decision. Even if he wanted infantry for rams, the archers could've done that.

Even though Order take some good fight, the game really feels one-sided with how big the villager difference is.

Dude what was the OOTD player doing really.. no walls, the farms and undefended villagers in front, not picking up relics while being age III like 5 minutes earlier than valdemar.. and all his attacks.. he didn't kill a single villager.. just pushed a little bit and then retreated again and again.

That was a heavily deserved loss.

This new patch is a dumpster fire. None of these changes make any real sense, and for the 2 or 3 you can try to justify there is 50 more changes that ruin the game. The dev team turns every patch they release into cancer!

wetlands is savage map, i think it has 6-7 sheep total, of which 2 of them spawn near your TC.

Best defense is an attack in this map.
