That's what I said to my husband. It took me a long time to marry as I met my husband at the age of 35! We married 18 months later. When we met, he had other women and QUICKLY got rid of them. I stayed away while he did that. Anyway, when he came back to me and proposed, my cousin who I value and his mom and grandmother sealed the deal. THEY SAID YES FOR ME. To me, it was important that his he was all of the following: his innerspirit quality had to be of a man who puts family and God first- that man is never poor in mind body and spirit as well as in finances. I've been enjoying the fruits of this union..23 years later and going strong. He's now retired, house almost paid for; children grown and gone and yes we've had seasons, we're still going strong...and I really like my life.

Women really don't know how important it is to tell our husbands how important they are to us. It makes my husband swell up with happiness when I tell him he's my hero. Your marriage can be perfect just by telling each other nice things all the time.

We as women need to give this praise for the man in our life that warrants it. If we fail to acknowledge this fact it can lead to problems that don't need to happen. Same goes for men towards the woman in their lives.

I personally admire the fact that she is publicly showing her affection for Steve. I have always thought it was important to complement my significant other when I was in a relationship.
