This is a 'style parody' in the style of Devo. If you don't know Devo then you should strap yourself in and hold onto something if you check them out. They different.
Mark Mothersbaugh absolutely loved this song and video. Mark went on to do the music for "Rugrats" among many other things. His dance in the "Joko Homo" video is legendary.

When i was a kid in Mexico around 95/96 i remember seeing a lot of media and videos from the 80s and it makes me miss the 80s so much even though i didn't grow up in that period. The 90s decade is still king though...

Very fun reaction - I've loved this song ever since first hearing it in the original animated 'Transformers: The Movie' back in the 1980s, plus I actually saw Weird Al in concert when he last toured the UK back in 2015, and he put on a really great show!!! Also, if you're looking for more Weird Al songs to react to, may I suggest 'White and Nerdy', 'Midnight Star', 'Party in the CIA', 'Skipper Dan', 'Word Crimes' and/or 'Tacky' (either the official video or, even better, the Mandatory World Tour live version for that last one - in either case, enjoy, yes?).
