FOR CONTEXT:
Over the years since 2016, Evan Rachel Wood began speaking publicly about domestic violence, saying she had been abused by two unnamed men. On February 21, 2021, Wood named Brian Warner as one of her abusers, alleging that he abused her physically and emotionally during their romantic relationship which lasted between 2006 and 2010. On the same day, a handful of other women also made statements claiming to be victims of Warner's abuse. His alleged victims include Ashley Morgan Smithline, Esme Bianco, and Ashley Walters.

In March 2022, Brian Warner, p/k/a Marilyn Manson, filed a lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood and Ashley Gore aka Illma Gore. In the lawsuit, he alleges four causes of action: defamation per se, intentional infliction of emotional distress, violation of computer hacking laws, and violation of laws barring impersonation over the internet.

The FBI Letter was the nail in the coffin for me. I was a supporter of ERW, but when I saw the evidence, I am now a supporter of MM. ALSO: As a male survivor, this pisses me off, where people weaponize and fabricate sensitive topics and victimhood to cause harm to an innocent person. Regardless of gender. In this case, against MM. This also irritates me because actual survivors, like myself, are not taken serious, esp as a male; moreover, I was also falsely accused, and it messed me up. I am still in a spiral of depressed and anger, but yeah, false accusations does impact people ☹️😞

To me, the FBI letter is the strongest evidence. I was actually a supporter of Evan Rachel Wood after seeing Phoenix Rising. Then I saw the fake FBI Letter and some interviews with people who worked closely with Manson. (Colonel Kurtz videos) I’d love to see Colonel Kurtz on your channel too! This case is turning out to be very different than what I expected. It’s gonna be interesting

I'm so glad you're covering this case. I'm not a Manson fan. However, I'm sick to the core of false allegations and I believe the accusations in this case are completely malicious.

I was very hesitant here. I could relate to alot of what Evan was saying before all the others piled on. But it's obvious that there's something very wrong with the two main women involved here, and Evan lying in a court case about her son? With her whole chest, about the FBI...? That's disgusting.

The screenshots came from Gore‘s sister and she has them because Gore left her broken iPad at her sisters house when visiting Australia. that ipad is what she used to make the letter, Gore and her sister shared an iCloud account while gore was visiting Australia, her sister got the ipad working and while going through the cloud she found the texts, letters and more.

I initially believed these accusations when they came out. After digging deeper and doing research myself I've 100% changed my mind on this and believe Manson is being framed. Not any evidence against him at all, yet Manson has all the receipts it seems

There needs to be a new law made where if someone makes false allegations of abuse of any kind and they go to the lengths of amber heard and Evan Rachel wood and are proven to be lying there are repercussions for their actions whether it's jail time or a big fine. Otherwise ppl will keep wrecking innocent ppls lives with lies

It seems that a lot of the allegations in this document would be pretty easy to prove. Proving the entire conspiracy will be a more difficult. I'm looking forward to seeing what the defense comes up with. At this time, it might be tempting to side with Marilyn since everything we're seeing looking damning, but I think it's better to stay objective and let the evidence speak for itself. Thanks!

This case is nuts. The FBI impersonation for me is just crazy, why would someone go to such lengths to damage someone else. If this is true I hope he wins, I’ve never been a fan of his but this is not fair to anyone.

Can't wait to see these vile women be held responsible for their false accusations & the crimes they committed to bolster their false allegations. I was violently Abused for almost 6 years of my life.. so please don't assume I have any sympathy or tolerance for a human that abuses another. After looking into & researching the facts in this case.. I have not one shred of doubt that these accusations were made for the accusers own prosperity, fame, wealth, adoration... whatever their vile desires were.

Thank you for covering this case. In my younger days (90's) I was a huge fan of MM. More importantly, it's breaking my heart that so many women who seem to be just blazing a path of destruction around these men! I recently watched the "swatting" footage & it was just downright frightening to view

I'm as far from being a fan of any of the involved parties as you can get. And I really know almost nothing about this case. That said, the FBI letter is really damning.

I hope you can cover the new documents soon, because they will clear up as to where a lot of the information and evidence MM brings even comes from (Gore's own sister being the whistle-blower is pretty damn amazing).
