OpenCart 2.0 - Extension Installer

In this video, I'll show you to use the new Extension Installer featured in OpenCart 2.0. Now you don't have to use FTP program or File Manager from the cPanel to upload extensions. We'll setup the FTP username and password from the cPanel and enter those values in the System - Settings - FTP tab.

I'd like to note that I set up an OpenCart store today, choosing the most recent version, and extension installer will not load a zip file - I get the error "Invalid File Type".  Is this vid made with version 2.0, with no additional numbers in the version number?

I am working on localhost, so there is no ftp to setup and i get the error invalid file type. so in that case what should i do?

your zip flies have to have the extension .ocmod.zip
