It’s another beautiful day and today I’m going to share with you how I make the most delicious CHEESY CHICKEN FLAUTAS, the filling on these flautas is absolutely Amazing the best part is that nothing comes out when you fry them everything stays intact so every bite is guaranteed to have the delicious filling 😅☺️♥️I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do, and as always, if you do, please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel, please hit that subscribe button so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘
blender- Vitamix A3500
🛑 For any other recipe just type in Cooking Con Claudia, followed by the recipe name you trying to find, if I already made it it should appear as the first videos ☺️ if not, request it in the comments 😘
‼️to bake them: use already cooked flour tortillas brush oil of choice and bake at 450f for 10-15 minutes flipping them half way! Make taquitos by using corn tortillas, it’s seriously super delicious too!
** you can cook the chicken ahead of time to speed up process
Ingredients:
Uncooked flour tortillas
2 chicken breast with rib
2 tbsp adobo seasoning
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
Handful of cilantro
2 garlic cloves
For my salsa verde
1 cup of the broth
Handful of cilantro
1/4 Roasted onion
Roasted Chile Serrano or jalapeños
2 garlic cloves
5 roasted tomatillos
1 roasted and peeled green pepper
Salt to taste
For the filling
2 tbsp kinders chile verde seasoning
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
2 roasted, peeled and chopped poblano peppers
2 roasted, peeled and chopped green peppers
3 cups shredded queso Oaxaca
Our flauta/taquito glue
2 tbsp APF 2 tbsp water
1 serving of love 💕
