Yeah, an iPad is far from a replacement of a fully-fledged PC. I mean, it's barely even comparable to mid ranged laptops, let alone a high-end desktop PC. And as you point out, it doesn't even support XCode, so any app-developers can't use it as a primary device, not to mention most non-apple developers. If I were to buy a tablet, I'd get something that can run the programs I need, like Visual Studio and Eclipse.

It all depends. If someone just uses their computer to browse the Internet and do stuff in word, excel, and power point it can replace it. Anything else you do need a pc

Just bought this as a second screen in 2024 for $150. Still good battery and does what I need it to do. Light and easy to use, a bit laggy but still good
