PASHUPATHINATH SANDHYA AARATI || VISIT NEPAL 2020 ||

Precious among the devotees of Shiva, Hindu God of Creator and Destroyer.
Built-in the 5th century, Pashupatinath is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia.
Pashupatinath is considered as one of the oldest Hindu temple in Nepal. And the earliest evidence dates back to 400 A.D. It lies on the bank of holy Bagmati river.
A Bhajan is considered more valuable than a song;
prayer is considered more sacred than Bhajan, and finally, Aarati is considered the most important of them all as it is considered the highest form of prayer.
Aarati is a Hindu ritual of worshipping where light from wicks soaked in ghee (purified butter) is offered to god. During this event, three priests conduct customs with oil lamps, lanterns, and other auspicious elements and chant sacred mantras.
People get relief and relaxed during and after the Aarati.
