Idaho passed in 2014 a law declaring that the state does not have to abide by federal gun laws going forward. The law, which criminalizes the enforcement of federal gun laws, passed unanimously in both the House and the Senate.
Under the law, state law-enforcement officials could also be fined up to $1, 000 and charged with a misdemeanor for enforcing federal gun laws.

My wonderful state of WV did this a couple years ago. It's a wonderful, beautiful thing. When you wake up I'm a free state everyday. You can't put a price on that!!

Sorry for your loss. You inspire more people then you know. My wife is east indian from fiji islands she did it right. Went through all the steps to proudly raise her right hand. She is a strong supporter of 2nd amendment rights. She too thinks bidens policies are a constitutional infringement. As she says I earned them. No polition has the right to just hand them out to whoever will give them a vote.
