do we have to upload undertaking and application form in same place or we have two different places for both of them

A question on behalf of all the students:-

1) undertaking form ko ews/ nc-obc form ki jagha lagana h kya ?

2) undertaking form pe kisi government employees ke sign chayea kya jaise sdm etc ?

3) undertaking form ke pdh mai purana ews and new wale ki acknowledgement receipt lagani h kya ??

Sir I have already filled the form and i belong to nc obc category. At that time there was no undertaking and I had nc obc certificate of 18 August 2023 i.e previous year. So I uploaded that and filled the form.
What should I do now?
Although I have made the latest nc obc certificate, but since I have already filled the form, I can't do anything.
What should I do? Please help
Would I be considered as nc obc category student at the time of admissions?

I have a question & need someone's opinion on this: I recently completed my graduation and have one back paper from my first semester. I will be giving the back exam this week, and I expect my result to be updated by November.
Is it okay if I write my aggregate percentage based on 1st to 6th semester, considering there is a chance that my percentage will change after I receive my updated result from the college!
Is it okay if my percentage gets increased?

I belong to NC Obc category but i don't have any previous certificate regarding it...i applied it recently, is there any issue as its mentioned in point 5 that "you must have old certificate"

Kindly note that the undertaking is only for candidates having EWS certificate prior to 01/04/2024. In case you do not have an existing valid or an old certificate you may apply as a general candidate.
