Hi Kara, recently I started to watch your videos and I find it very simple to understand complex topic/matter. Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts through such videos. My Name is Nayan Prajapati from Ahmedabad, India.
I want to share something with you, if you can prepare video on it. As a leader, it is our responsibility to create environment in which our team members bring innovative ideas/thoughts. How can a leader create such environment? Is it providing psychological safety, giving a freedom to think, becoming little bit liberal to allow to make some mistake while sharing thoughts/idea, reduce fear of failure. Many times I have seen that employees do have ideas however they are not able to share, as they have fear like what will my boss ask (counter question), or my boss will not allow me to take this chance, or my boss will provide negative comment on this when I present my thoughts (specially IN front of other members).
Can you please create one video on that "For leaders" on how should be their behavior to motivate staff to bring innovative thoughts?
