The last intersection was Harlem Ave & Northwest Hwy. Their lights are no longer incandescent. They are now LED.

How freaking corrupt can this city get? Here where i live in Charlotte NC, there are some new intersections with new lights in which the yellow was not timed properly for one reason or the other leading to red lights being run constantly But I aint never seen a cop bother to sit there and wait to bust somebody for it. Im so glad i moved south.

Just got my $100 ticket at 400 S Western. I agree that this 3 second yellow light minimum is just another way for cities to increase revenue. It's almost a joke. Guess from now on I'll be slamming on the brakes and waiting for somebody to arse end me.
