[POE 3.24] Cold Shockwave Totem Hierophant League Starter - Extremely Low Budget

People always start checking out my SWT's Uber Kills video whenever it's near league start, so I thought I would release this video to provide some insights of how you can level this char. (So yes, this video is for the people who really want to league start with SWT.) Before 3.23, I would never recommend this as a league starter because of how expensive Astral Projector was due to it being a Metamorph-exclusive item. That being said, levelling wise, something like Storm Burst totem would still be easier.

My lategame version was what I used to kill Ubers. If you just want to do normal bosses and Invitations (not the Feared), midgame version should be enough. If you want to reserve all mana before getting Devouring Diadem, you can grab Eldritch Battery on the tree.

I mean just leaguestart mana or stormburst totem hiero and ur good, shockwave still prolly one of the best for sanctum - gonna want astral projector though

Also putting devouring diadem in EB meta and especially skin of the lords with keystone definitely should be a no go for a leaguestarter.

Been doing your build as my 2nd character this league. You've got so many skills in PoB that I can't fit all of them in the skill slots. I'm also puzzled about the inclusion of Righteous Fire. Perhaps you meant the Vaal version? The regular one will burn through your life pretty quick even with the Purity of Fire aura.

Also Steelskin is a manual trigger now, perhaps a CWDT would be better however there's no room in gear for the slots. 😞
Zealotry with divine blessing also becomes a trigger skill though that has a 10s duration. Still, I like to press as little skills as possible.

A friend of mine is doing TbXie's version that isn't as skill intensive, if I can't get your version to work to my satisfaction I'm afraid I'll have to switch to TbXie's version.

Think I'll have to do some rebuilding of my own, already swapped Bitterdream for Divinarius. I got the helm but now I need to get Zealotry, Hatred and preferably Haste up permanently. For harrowing moments I'm thinking of combining Determination with Divine Blessing.

Shockwave Totem is a very smooth playstyle when you get the Astral Projector, I've always loved it.

Thanks for sharing the build! Is it possible to separate the early/mid/late game skill set in the POB? Right now its hard to tell in early game, which aura should we not run and when we can start using Righteous etc.

I'm not trying to do "no hit sanctums" but for efficient sanctums if I want freeze, do I just replace leadership amulet with something else? It seems like when I take leadership amulet off your POB then it has 100% chance to freeze unless there's some other reason we can't freeze. Thanks for the video!

i can assure you this "guide" will destroy your leaguestart. especially if you are new player. avoid it
