Song of Creation I've found works well with Pako and Haldan as you're essentially creating a hand in exile with Pako so discarding your hand is much less taxing.

The "opponents' choice" idea is actually a huge aspect of my Kynaios and Tiro group hug deck. It helps deflect blame and keeps your deck off the threat radar.

Speaking of assembling, I have a deck where my goal is to have a Protector of the Crown and give it indestructible and hexproof, making it so all damage I take is redirected to an indestrucle creature that draws me an additional card each turn. Since I'm playing a ton of equipment tutors in the deck I also play the Kaldra trio. Super fun :)

Tivit just came out and I built an esper “opponents choice”/voting deck and it is so much fun to play. Took it too my lgs yesterday and had a blast!

About epic spells: the best thing I heard ever about them - multicasting them. Like Enduring Ideal+fork+fork=3 times better then just Ideal.

I actually have a bruse and tana deck myself, so the video preview attracted me! didn't expect it to be artifact/enchantment hate though, mine is exalted, hahah. Great to see other people are brewing those two in unique and weird ways!

I have a narset deck based around Eternal Dominion (the blue epic spell) and it's a ton of fun.

My weirdest deck is one of my favorite decks I’ve made, it’s a Kwain itinerant meddler control hug deck.

Chisei, Heart of the ocean is a really cool commander that I don't see anyone use. Things like mystic remora seem really good with it.

I assembled 'witch tron' (Bog brew witch, bubbling cauldron and festering newt) in a bad build of korvold a few years ago. And one of my friends asked can you make witch tribal to use that as a wincon... It's one of those decks I've never pursued building but I think there's some potential in it. I think using Lyzolda as the commander and running things like lifeline and shirei shizo's caretaker there could be a janky way to kill opponents with stuff like wound reflection etc. But you'd run anything referencing witches so you could throw in the cat oven combos and other stuff like season of the witch, witches familiar possibly.

The varragoth thing imo is fun if you plan a monoblack deck and you can build it around discarding cards aswell. At the moment i'm using him as one of the best cards for his sinergy in yuriko's deck.

Seeing this after AFR I'm thinking of a Dimir/Esper assemble deck that incorporates Book of Vile Darkness, Hand of Vecna and Eye of Vecna along with the cycles you suggested. Possibly led by Rona or Silas Renn/Rebbec with a bunch of artifact and equipment tutors
