There's an urban legend similar to this where a landlord would unalive their tenants and move onto renting the house with the bodies buried on the land somewhere. Eventually one tenant starts seeing faces of strangers every time the lights go out for bed, eventually they move out and the landlord gets caught.

Reminds me of that one story by Edgar Allan Poe where a guy has a psychotic episode and kills an old man he was taking care of. He chopped him up and buried him under the floor boards. Only to then out himself when police come to investigate and he thinks he heard the old man’s severed heart beating louder and louder, driving him to tear off the floor boards and reveal his crime.

Honestly I don't often like horror games that leave on a cliff hanger but this? This is some A+ type stuff

This reminds me of something that’s been happening at work. We’ve been finding notes left at the copy and print center(I work at Staples) that are kind of like confessions of a r***, they’re horribly detailed and even give full names and descriptions of the crimes. It’s been really unnerving, no one knows who’s been leaving them, and so far I haven’t been able to find anything on them. I have no idea if they’re real or not, I just know whoever’s been leaving these notes is a twisted piece of garbage, whether they committed the crimes or not. The concept of not knowing if it’s a true story or not reminded me of this, sorry for the novel folks

It always amazes me the type of stories, scares, and presentations people can come up with for inde horror games man.

i'm pretty sure the game is inspired by john wayne gacy since he put his victims under his house right next to the heating system and the heat made them conjoin together so theres that
and also his daughter was sleeping on the same floor where the bodies where below the floor above her room

i wouldnt be surprised if those pics are just the dev(s) or something, but i also wouldnt be surprised if this game was unironically very similar to a rl case and the creator(s) of The Floor is Breathing had no idea. ppl have committed some pretty twisted crimes
