ENAIP NET's Study Visit | Brussels, March 2024
Показать описание
Last week, ten workers from ENAIP centres across different regions in Italy arrived in Brussels as strangers. After three days of learning, working, and exploring the city together, they left as a unified and coordinated team.
ENAIP NET, an EVTA member, a consortium of different ENAIP centers that operate in various regions of Italy, offers vocational training and job placement services.
The group participating in the study visit consists of members of the communication teams from centres in each region. EVTA had the pleasure of hosting this group, who had never met each other before, and organized a study visit focused on communication. As the European Vocational Training Association, we take pride in being international communicators and working with other organizations operating at the European and international levels. Therefore, we organized this study visit with the aim of providing these individuals with insights into how communications are coordinated. This way, they gained an overview of how they could use that knowledge to coordinate communication between regions of Italy.
We visited Euractiv and All Digital premises and had presentations by the Life Long Learning Platform, CEDEFOP, and even ourselves. During these presentations, they also had the chance to participate actively and ask for advice from experts. They posed questions on interesting topics such as how to address messages better and how to build a more effective campaign.
As we were in Brussels, the heart of the EU, we took the opportunity to show them around. They gained a lot of knowledge on how the EU works and had the chance to visit the Parliament and the European Quarter. It was an amazing opportunity to demonstrate to these individuals how Europe is a collective effort between different countries working together towards a common objective.
